Northline was founded by Casey Newman, a United States Marine Corps infantry veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

What We Supply

Lighting Fixtures

Interior LED (troffers, panels, downlights), exterior (area lights, wall packs, floods), street and roadway, parking structure, high bay and low bay industrial, emergency and exit, and decorative architectural fixtures.

Lighting Controls

Occupancy and vacancy sensors, daylight harvesting, dimmer switches and control panels, building automation integration devices, timeclocks, and photocells.

Lamps & Bulbs

LED lamps (A-type, PAR, MR16, T8, T5), HID lamps (Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium), fluorescent lamps, and specialty lamps across all standard bases and wattages.

Drivers & Ballasts

LED drivers, fluorescent and HID ballasts, and emergency battery packs and drivers, sourced to spec for retrofit and new construction applications.

Distribution & Wiring Devices

Breaker panels and load centers, disconnect switches, conduit and fittings, wire and cable, junction boxes and covers, receptacles and switches.

DVBE Participation

A state-certified, verifiable DVBE source of record for your lighting and electrical line items, making participation compliance straightforward on every bid.

Submittal Management

Preparing, tracking, and processing material submittals through the design team's approval chain to keep the schedule from slipping on shop drawing reviews.

RFI Coordination

Managing requests for information between field crews, the design team, and vendors. Clear documentation, tracked responses, and no questions falling through the cracks.

Schedule & Milestone Tracking

Monitoring delivery windows, material lead times, and installation milestones to flag issues early. The GC shouldn't be the last to know when something is slipping.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and delivery logistics across multiple vendors. One point of contact instead of six.

On-Site Oversight

Field presence to verify deliveries, coordinate with GC and sub crews, catch installation conflicts early, and resolve issues on the spot. Not from behind a desk.

Closeout Documentation

As-builts, O&M manuals, warranty packages, and final lien releases, organized and delivered so the project closes clean and the owner has what they need.
